1. About these terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and the car hire comparison and booking service we provide for Palma de Mallorca and the surrounding area. By using the site or making a booking through it, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.

2. Who we are and what we do

We operate as an affiliate booking platform. We compare live availability and prices from third-party car rental suppliers and partners and let you reserve a vehicle through them. We are not the vehicle owner or the rental company, and we do not ourselves supply the car.

When you book, your rental agreement is formed directly with the chosen supplier. The supplier's own rental terms (covering insurance, mileage, fuel policy, age limits and conditions of use) apply in addition to these terms, and you should read them before you travel.

3. Bookings, pricing and payment

Prices shown are provided by the suppliers and can change with demand, dates and availability until a booking is confirmed. We take reasonable care to display accurate information, but we do not warrant that every price or vehicle detail is error-free.

Any pre-payment or payment at the desk is handled under the supplier's payment terms. Optional extras such as additional drivers, child seats, GPS or extra insurance may carry additional charges that are payable to the supplier.

4. Deposits, drivers and documents

Deposit requirements, accepted payment cards and security holds are set by each supplier and are shown on the relevant listing where available, including no-deposit and low-deposit options.

You are responsible for meeting the supplier's driver requirements — a valid full driving licence held for the required period, a passport or national ID, the booking voucher and an accepted payment card in the main driver's name. The supplier may refuse to release a vehicle if these are not met, and refunds in that case are subject to the supplier's policy.

5. Cancellations and amendments

Cancellation and amendment rights depend on the rate you select. Many bookings include free cancellation up to a stated time before pickup; others may be non-refundable. The applicable policy is shown before you confirm and on your booking confirmation.

To change or cancel, follow the instructions on your confirmation. Refunds, where due, are processed according to the supplier's terms and timescales.

6. Our role and liability

Because the rental contract is between you and the supplier, the supplier is responsible for the vehicle, its condition, and the performance of the rental. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of suppliers, for vehicle availability at the desk, or for losses arising from your rental agreement with them.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for the use of this website is limited to the booking service we provide.

7. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or extract its data by automated means without permission.

The content, design and branding of this website are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied or reused without our consent.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates, and any disputes are subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have under local law.
